Registration for Recruitment 2004
All women interested in participating in recruitment must register online at the link below.
INCOMING FRESHMAN ONLY Submit documentation of final high school GPA and class rank, such as official or unofficial transcript or grade report.
CONTINUING UCD OR TRANSFER STUDENTS Submit documentation of current college GPA and Fall 2004 class standing, such as official or unofficial transcript or grade report.
TRANSCRIPT MUST SUBMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN RECRUITMENT
Non-refundable Registration fee received no later than September 27, 2004: $60.00. You can either pay online using credit card or online check or mail check to the address below payable to : “Davis Collegiate Panhellenic Association or DCPA.”
Mail registration fee and transcript to: DCPA, P.O. Box 74425, Davis, CA 95617
In person registrations and transcripts will be accepted until 2:00pm, September 27, 2004. These must be hand delivered with cash or money order with a registration fee of $60.00 to the Student Programs & Activities Center or Recruitment Headquarters in the East Conference Room, Memorial Union Building.
Upon receipt of paid registration, confirmation of your registration will be mailed to you. Last minute registrations will be confirmed upon receipt of registration fee, completed registration and transcript.
