The traditions began at UC Davis in April 1992, when 91 women were
initiated into the Zeta Nu chapter. Since then, we have done nothing but
grow stronger together. The most phenomenal part about Zeta Nu,
is its diversity and the bonds that these women have between each other.
We have athletes, politicians, cooks, scholars, artists, musicians, volunteers, plus a variety of other women, and somehow we have woven a web between us like no other.
Through good times and bad, and the course of our lives, Theta will be a support system of strength and guidance, with friends and memories that last forever.
In the past 11 years we have created an Annual Community-Wide Fun
Run, the Theta Classic, to benefit CASA . In 2002, we shook things up and
created "Casa of Love" to benefit our philanthropy, and this year we welcome back "Rock the Casa" to UCD. We have consequtivley held one of the highest combined GPA's on campus and we have installed several annual
events like the Mother/Daughter Tea and the Father/Daughter Picnic. We
participate in many other philanthropic events hosted by other organizations. Social events, including a fall and spring formal and a winter theme dance and exchanges with fraternities, help our chapter grow stronger through the bonds of friendship while having a great time!
We also travel to leadership conferences to meet other Thetas and learn valuable
